Meet Dates:

Competition Details:

  • Open to JO levels 2 through 10
  • Open to Xcel Bronze through Diamond
  • All teams of 3 or more gymnasts will participate in team awards
    • Tops 3 scores counting – no designation
  • Modified Capital Cup Format
  • AAI Equipment

Registration Details:

    • STEP ONE : REFUNDABLE Deposit: $ 250
      • Checks payable to Gold Medal Gymnastics
      • DEPOSIT alone does not hold your spot in the meet without estimates and continued communication
      • Payment of deposit due upon registration of your club through the USAG Meet Reservation system.
      • Deposit refundable if we are unable to host meet
        • Final decisions will be made September 2020
        • After meet confirmation is finalized, deposits will no longer be refundable but can be applied towards your meet entry
    • STEP TWO : Submitting Meet Reservations
      • Meet Reservations will be accepted through the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation System ONLY
      • Foreign clubs MUST contact USAG to process your registration.
        • Once approved by USAG, we will confirm received entries with you.
      • Your club is solely responsible for registering, updating, maintaining, and scratching/canceling athletes through the USAG Meet Reservation System.
        • This includes, but not limited to confirming names, spelling, registering coaches, verifying safe sports eligibility of 18+ athletes and coaches, birthdates, etc.
          • Age divisions will be determined from your USAG Online roster ONLY
          • IMPORTANT: Items cannot be corrected at the meet. Gymnasts with wrong birth dates may be ineligible for awards.
        • ALL COACHES MUST be pre-registered before arriving to the meet.
        • Your roster will CLOSE to further additions once the meet is full.
        • It is imperative you get all your athletes registered prior to the meet filling up.
        • Late entries and/or level changes will be subject to availability after you have submitted your roster and subject to a $10 per change/athlete fee to manually update your roster.
    • STEP THREE : Meet Entry Costs
      • Gymnasts: $ 135 per athlete
      • Teams: $ 50 per team of 3 or more gymnasts for each level.
        • Team Fee Waived for full payment and USAG registration received by 10/1/2020
      • Payment is due in full at the time of registration.
        • Despite online registration, your spot is not guaranteed until payment is received.
      • Registration deadline is November 1, 2020 or earlier if Arizona Grand Invitational fills up in advance.
        • Announcement of meet availability will be updated on our facebook page and/or website accordingly.
      • Late Entry / Change Fee : $ 10 per change or athlete to manually update rosters after meet entry deadline or for payments received after November 1, 2020.
    • STEP FOUR : Send Payment and Sizes Rosters
      • Checks should be made payable to: GOLD MEDAL GYMNASTICS
      • Checks can be mailed to us at:

      • One check is greatly appreciated for final payments.
        • If the payee is different than your club name, please be sure to provide your club name too!
      • Please include a copy of your full roster for gift sizes as follows:
        • GK-Elite Leotard Sizes
          • CXS, CS, CM, CL, AXS, AS, AM, AL, AXL, A2X
          • Sizes should be accurate.  A limited number of gifts will be ordered for size exchanges at the meet.
        • Unisex Shirt Sizes
          • CXS, CS, CM, CL, CXL/AXS, AS, AM, AL, AXL, A2X
          • Please include shirt sizes for registered coaches as well.
        • Your roster will ONLY be used for submitting sizes and will not be used to confirm registrations or make adjustments to your roster.
    • STEP FIVE:  Resort and Travel Reservations
      • Please advise parents to be sure to understand any rules, fees, or dates in regards to cancellations of accommodations and travel arrangements.
      • We do not recommend parents securing accommodations or scheduling flights until they have received confirmation their club is indeed registered and IN the meet.
      • The Arizona Grand Invitational cannot help with refunds or cancellations for parents who make plans prior to your club being registered, if the meet fills up before your club is able to enter, if you are denied entry, if we are unable to host the meet, or if you would otherwise change plans to participate.
      • Host Hotel will be the Arizona Grand Resort which provides a complete “on-property” stay and play environment.
      • Block Discounts and booking details will be coming soon!
    • STEP SIX: Scratch Deadline / Level Changes:
      • Scratch deadline is November 1, 2020
      • Your roster must be accurate prior to this scratch deadline. (See Registration tips below for more information)
      • NO REFUNDS after November 1, 2020 – no exceptions.
      • Late Entry / Change Fee : $10 per change/athlete to manually update rosters after Scratch deadline.
