Competition Details:

• Open to JO levels 2 through 10
• Open to Xcel Bronze through Diamond
• All teams of 3 or more gymnasts will participate in team awards
  • Tops 3 scores counting – no designation
• Modified Capital Cup Format
• AAI Equipment

Registration Details: *All  registrations must be completed through the USAG registration system.

• Registrations must be completed online and rosters kept up to date (levels, date of birth, spelling, etc.) but participating clubs.
• Mailed in or emailed in rosters cannot be used to update your registration.
